Welcome to Brian Beasley

I hope you will enjoy the pages of my website. There are over fifty paintings to look at and comments from people who have seen or bought them. There is also some information on me and how I work.

I live and work in the New Forest in the south of England, a dramatic and mysterious land where deer and domestic animals roam freely as they have for over a thousand years, and where tree plantations punctuate large tracts of heath and swamp.

However, as an abstract landscape artist I have travelled widely and try to include in my interpretations of what I see how each landscape holds clues to its history and perhaps its future.

So you may not see pretty pictures in these pages but I hope you will see drama, excitement and intense purity of colour.’

You will read comments from people who see more in my paintings the more they look at them. Although there is no substitute for the real thing I hope the pictures here also give you a touch of that experience and encourage you to look further.
